Testing Player Skill in Liechtenstein

In December, Robbie spent a week in Liechtenstein testing the under-21 and under-19 national teams and talking with members of the Liechtenstein Football Federation (LFV). And now - the results are in! Liechtenstein coaches and players can access their results here.

(NOTE: results are presented without identifying individual players, but coaches have been given this information)

Our analyses show
that Liechtenstein players are excellent in close-control and rapid passing (see rebound performance tests), but we also identified some weaknesses that individual players can work on. If any of the players have any questions about their tests and how to interpret them, please contact Robbie at r.wilson@uq.edu.au.

We want to extend a big thank you to all the players, coaches and volunteers who participated in testing - it was pretty cold out there! Also, thank you to the Liechtenstein Football Federation and Medical Officer Ecki Hermann for the incredible hospitality shown to Robbie during his visit.

Happy New Year!
